Kickboxing with care can be best described as a combination of traditional boxing (punching) and karate (kicking). With these lessons you develop your fitness, strength and coordination, and while training you stimulate both brain halves and “force” them to co-operate intensively.
The better your brain works together, the better it is to improve your achievements in life. This counts for everyone, but especially when you have a backlog. Whether it’s about languages or maths, about the motor development or socially emotional, by sports we enhance your personality and grow your confidence! The kickboxing trainings are physical, yet suitable for everyone.
For kickboxing with care, we generally start individually. In order to familiarize the new kickboxer with the sport and see what the possibilities are. There is a possibility to work in a group when the basic skills are under control.
