Summer schedule & Exams

Hereby an email with information about the exams for youth (judo and kickboxing) and the summer schedule of the upcoming summer holidays! We would like to ask you all to read this mail carefully.

strong>Kickboxing exam July 1, 17:30 to 18:30 in the Sypel
Judo exam July 2, 09:00 to 09:45 in the dojo

For the Kickboxing exam we would like to ask you to register via the following link so that we can deregister a diploma: https://nakama-gym.nl/exam. This exam will be held in the Sypel, we would like to ask you to be present about ten minutes in advance. The public is more than welcome!

The Judo exam will be held in the dojo (because of the mats we need), this exam will be during normal class. The public is also welcome here, but we would like to ask you to come with no more than 2 people since we are with a relatively large number of children.

Some of you will have already seen that an extra door has been placed, on this door comes the scanner that is normally on the bar, with this you can open the door. This means that you can come and train from morning to evening for the fitness or outside class hours for the open dojo. Did you know that for 50,- per month you can work out with us and participate in all group lessons?! Don't you have this app on your phone yet or don't you have a phone and do you want a pass? These are available at the bar for $5. Do you have any questions about this? Then pull Sensei John or Danique on their sleeve.

Just like every year, the junior classes (Wednesday, Friday and/or Saturday youth) will be free from training during the summer holidays (9 July to 21 August). The superstructure (Tuesday/Thursday) may match the adult hours from the summer schedule below.
